You receive a friendly and heart-warming reception on your admission for treatment to our clinic. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.

Health professionals, family, friends and even the clients themselves can give referrals with the assurance that they will be accepted. As soon as the booking has been processed, we'll make sure that our staff will be more than happy to assist you.


When you arrive at the clinic you'll meet the clinical team and you'll be escorted around to offer you the chance to get to know the facility's layout. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. After Admission - Your Initial 24 Hours

In the course of the very first 24 hours, we'll make arrangements for you to visit our detoxification specialist psychiatrist.

During this visit a complete evaluation of your mental and medical treatment requirements will be conducted. If needed, a complete detox procedure will be recommended. The detox will then be carried out and controlled by our medical experts under a rigorous protocol.


Please remember that you are supposed to bring any medications that you may have been taking, as well as giving us details of your doctor's surgery.


The psychiatrist will provide you with recommendations and emphasize any areas of your treatment that need specialist attention. We will make sure that any suggestion or recommendation is factored into your treatment plan because it is of utmost importance to us that your treatment needs are fully met during your stay at the facility. Then our counsellors, clinical director, and medical staff will continually review your treatment plan, ensuring that you are getting the best care possible at all times.

After your evaluation has been finished, our cordial team will immediately assist you in your adjustment. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
